Cobham Avorians Cricket Club holds a special place within the Jono Cricket 360 Academy community. As a proud club member, Jono works closely with the club and its junior section to help support the development of young cricketers within the Cobham Avorians pathway.

Jono works alongside the Cobham Avorians Academy, helping to identify and develop talented junior players who are looking to progress their cricket further. Through specialist coaching sessions, individual feedback and structured development programmes, players are given the tools they need to improve their skills, confidence and game understanding.

A key focus of this partnership is creating clear development pathways for Cobham Avorians players, particularly those looking to progress to Tier 1 Surrey Junior Cricket Championship (SJCC) teams. Jono works with players to support their progression through targeted training, skill development and performance coaching tailored to the demands of higher-level cricket.

For players with ambitions beyond club cricket, the academy also offers additional support for the Surrey pathway selection process. This includes video assessments, performance feedback and guidance to help players prepare for the Surrey County Cricket selection stages, from initial identification through to final in-person selection trials.

The aim is to create a supportive environment where Cobham Avorians players can access high-quality coaching, clear development opportunities and expert guidance, helping them reach their potential while continuing to enjoy the game.
