Cobham Avorians CC Academy & Jono Cricket 360

Junior cricket for families in Cobham and nearby Surrey

Looking for a junior cricket club near Cobham, Weybridge, Oxshott or Stoke d’Abernon? Cobham Avorians Cricket Club’s Academy combines club cricket with a professional coaching partnership led by former England international and former Middlesex Head Coach Richard “Jono” Johnson.

Jono Cricket 360 is the professional coaching partner of Cobham Avorians CC Academy, helping players develop towards the club’s junior Tier 1 and Tier 2 teams and onwards into senior cricket.

Six Surrey selections. Two years of progress.

We’re proud that, within just two years of launching our partnership, six of our pathway players have earned selection for the Surrey Early Engagement Programme — a milestone that reflects their hard work, ambition and progress.

More than coaching. Experience in the middle.

Every Performance Pathway player will receive additional match play through our CAPP U11 and U13 teams in the Surrey Indoor Cricket League or through CAPP inter-club indoor matches.

These matches give players the opportunity to put their coaching into practice: making decisions under pressure, developing tactical awareness and learning how to contribute to a team.

Ambition welcomed. From every club.

Our Performance Pathway programmes welcome players from all clubs, including current Tier 1 and Surrey Early Engagement Programme (EEP) players, alongside ambitious cricketers aspiring to that standard.

Structured written reviews, emailed to players and/or parents midway through the term and at the end of term, give each player clear, personalised development priorities.
